DSC to offer over 3.8m sq feet of retail space

Dubai Sports City said it will offer more than 3.8 million square feet of retail space across all of its facilities when construction is completed. In addition to its major retail areas - Arena Mall, North Point and South Point, and Canal Residence West - events, promotion and specialty leasing opportunities will be available within the stadia and public areas. Retail leasing for Dubai Sports City will commence in the third quarter of 2008, a statement said.
