DIFC Authority partners with Etisalat Academy to conduct career assessment program for employees

The DIFC Authority has partnered with the Etisalat Academy's e-Competency Center to conduct a career assessment program for its staff.

The four-month project will identify the key skills and competencies of DIFC employees using state-of-the-art tools including ability tests, personal, psychological and professional surveys, and other modern competency assessment methods.

These will be carried out under the supervision of senior advisers from the Etisalat Academy eCompetency Center.

The results of the assessment will be used to develop structured career progression plans for staff.
