UNB opens its new premises and branch in Musaffah Industrial Area

UNB's Musaffah Industrial Area branch complex is regarded an important addition to the UNB network as it will provide comprehensive services hosting the bank's newly centralised call centre and other back office operations.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by UNB's VIP clients, as well as senior management, guests and representatives from the national media.

The attendees expressed their appreciation for UNB's efficient growth through its nationwide branch network.

With this opening UNB makes its mark on Musaffah, the capital's industrial city, as this branch will greatly benefit the businesses and residents in Musaffah.

Brian West, Head of Retail Banking Group said "The Musaffah branch has received a positive response from customers who have come to appreciate the convenience of access to a full-fledged banking service within the industrial city".

"UNB's national branch network has expanded considerably in recent years, and we are continuing on the same course this year too. The Musaffah branch is a very strategic addition to the network," he said.

Hisham El Kafrawy, Head of Branch Banking Division said:

"The bank's back office operations, including the Call Centre and the IPO centre, which have been located in different areas have now been centralized at this location. The Bank's recovery operations will also be moved to the same location over the next few months. This will enhance internal efficiencies in satisfying customer needs".

Musaffah Area, hosts the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICAD) 1 and 2, which comprises a wide range of manufacturing and service industries.

Musaffah has grown in importance also as a residential town for thousands of people who work and live in the industrial city.
