'ershaad' launches first of its kind website and UAE National Recruitment Guide

ershaad, the national initiative for recruiting and guiding UAE nationals, announced the launch of its website www.ershaad.ae as well as the UAE National Recruitment Guide 'ershaad'.

The ershaad website and the printed guide together represent a powerful tool for UAE nationals seeking jobs that suit them and satisfy their career ambitions.

They can list and manage available vacancies which will be available to job seekers through the website's search engine.

Job seekers can also interact directly with the recruiters on the website regarding the posted job opportunities.

The website's advanced search engine allows job seekers to conduct very precise searches for jobs in specific industries.

It also allows recruiters to search for candidates with particular qualifications based on the posted resumes.

ershaad also announced that 25,000 copies of the UAE National Recruitment Guide have been printed and will be distributed free of charge to all universities, colleges and career fairs.

Jamal Lootah, Director of Emiratization and National Resources Development at du said: 'Our partnership with ershaad stems from our belief that it will play a critical role in achieving the UAE's Emiratization strategy along with other national organizations, by providing suitable job opportunities for UAE national job seekers'.
