Abdullatif Alissa Automobile Company, accredited agent of General Motors in Saudi Arabia, has won the General Motors President's Challenge 2007, after achieving a significant increase in sales volume, as compared to 2006, as well as recording high levels of customer satisfaction.
The ceremony was also attended by Mr. Hisham Khartabeel, CEO of Abdullatif Alissa Automobile Company, and Mr. Terry Johnson, Vice President of General Motors Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East, and President of General Motors Middle East.
Sheikh Abdulmohsen Alissa extended his thanks to Mr. Wagner and General Motors, pointing out that the significant growth in Abdullatif Alissa Automobile Company sales reflects development in management and staff performance as well as customer satisfaction, in addition to exhibiting the competitive edge Abdullatif Alissa Automobile Company has gained over the past year.
Sheikh Alissa added, "Abdullatif Alissa Automobile Company has earned this award as a result of the unique services it provides its customers in Saudi Arabia, specifically in sales and after sales services. We are keen on providing our customers with the most outstanding services, and are eager to develop and offer the highest standards in after-sales services".
It should be noted that the President's Challenge prize is presented annually by General Motors in honor of its distinguished agents in the region and includes in its selection criteria sales areas, customer satisfaction, and achievement of desired objectives set in advance. Abdullatif Alissa Automobile Company has managed to achieve all the above, coupled with consumer trust.
