The DSF Office will be strongly promoting its main events DSS 2008 and DSF 2009 in addition to Modhesh Brand to a wide spectrum of tour operators and tourism specialists. The 65 square meter Stand No. UAE720, located at Hall No. 3, will mark the first time for the festival office to participate as an independent Government Department on its own.
'The ATM is always a great platform for the DSF Office to showcase its future plans and reach out to a wide range of tour operators, travel agencies and international tourism markets. Due to the international caliber and increasing popularity of DSF and DSS, the DSF Office decided to participate with an independent stand to raise the bar of its marketing strategy to another level,'
said Laila Suhail, DSF Office CEO.
'this step is only the tip of the iceberg and an initial indication of the many developments that the DSF Office is planning to implement on its tow main events and Modhesh as a brand. These changes are very carefully planned and will mainly aim to compliment the fast paced growth of the city of Dubai', she added
The design of the DSF Office stand will reflect the festivities, Shopping, Winning and entertainment aspects that characterizes the two events. Earlier this year, the DSF Office participated in two renowned international tourism fairs - the International Tourism Exchange (ITB-2008) in Berlin, Germany, and the Moscow International Travel and Tourism (MITT 2008) exhibition.
The last edition of Arabian Travel Market took place in May 2007 and attracted more than 23 thousand visitors from 108 countries, in addition to around 1000 travel and tourism specialized journalists from around the world.
