RAK Properties promotes Mina Al Arab at major London show

RAK Properties PJSC, the most prominent property developer in Ras Al Khaimah, will showcase its iconic Mina Al Arab, an Dhs10bn waterfront development, in the 'A Place in the Sun Live' exhibition at the Excel London Exhibition Centre, from April 25th to 27th.

A Place in the Sun Live, the UK's biggest and best attended overseas property show, brings together 300 exhibitors from 40 countries showcasing thousands of property developments from all over the world. Research on the exhibition has revealed that the UAE is among the top destinations for buying abroad among UK investors.

Mr. Mohamed Al Qadi, Managing Director & CEO of RAK Properties commented: 'A Place in the Sun Live' will be a high profile opportunity to attract holiday homes buyers and leading investors to Mina Al Arab.'

A landmark initiative reflecting the RAK Properties motto of 'living close to nature', Mina Al Arab will be spread over 30 million square feet, with waterways, wetlands, and beaches constituting the major share of the development. With nine hotels and two eco-hotels the project will provide an estimated 3,500 sumptuous rooms for tourists and visitors to the emirate, in addition to bora bora hotel units and standard apartments tailored for regional & international visitors.

The project has already attracted major international hotel chains signing up to manage some hotels and resorts properties in the project.

The project will also offer almost 388 residential villas, shopping district, a spacious oasis walk and all amenities that create a refined vacation experience. The amenities include parks, clinics, mosque, cafes & restaurants, and recreational facilities such as gym, spas and sporting arenas.
