SNASCO's Al Basateen project sold out

Launched in September of 2006, Al Basateen is a 5.6 million ft² development aimed at a diverse demographic, with a variety of residential units catering to buyers in various income brackets.

The development features 365 plots on which villas and apartments of varying sizes ranging between 6000 and 15 700 ft², as well as 18 plots for commercial use.

"Studies completed prior to the launch of this project predicted healthy interest from investors and buyers in a project of this nature. Such a projection was clearly well founded, as the project is now entirely sold out," said Dr. Omar Al Mushaabi, General Manager of SNASCO.

Among the factors contributing to the project's popularity is its location near University City in Sharjah, which is home to the American University of Sharjah, the Sharjah University, the Sharjah School of Medicine and several other institutions of higher education.

Furthermore, the emirate has sustained a steady rate of economic growth over the past several years, attracting attention and interest from around the globe. "Sharjah is the ideal location for this development, with its various attractions and the commercial and population growth it is currently experiencing," Al Mushaabi added. "In researching and designing this development, we have also taken into consideration all the directives set out by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammad Al-Qassimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, with regard to the social and economic development of the emirate".

In addition to its residential and commercial plots, the project includes entertainment and educational facilities, a shopping mall, schools, and other services covering an area of 2 million ft².
