Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority to unveil Brand Sharjah

The new brand mark development was initiated by the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority with the aim of creating the emirate's identity as a top regional and international tourism and business destination.

Sharjah's new identity highlights unique attractions of the emirate and will help boost the already established leading position of the emirate on the world tourism and business maps.

The ceremony will see the launch of the new identity with its visual elements that include symbol, typography and colors.

The new promotional strategy of the emirate will be presented by the SCTDA, and will feature new ways to maximize the success of this strategy through cooperation with different departments and organizations operating in the emirate.

Under the directions of H.H. Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and his reiteration of the necessity to reserve leading positions for Sharjah on the regional and world maps, the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority has worked ceaselessly since its establishment 12 years ago, to utilize every available channel and resource to promote the emirate internationally as an ideal destination for heritage, cultural and family tourism.
