- PRESS RELEASE

'We have worked with several service based companies in the past on the same lines and ensured that the leadership skills and business goals are achieved through the training and development of the employees. We have carefully designed the 4 months program with an upbeat over all theme "Evolve - High Impact leadership Program" to address these challenges.' Saira further reiterated.
During the training program, Global's partners services : Inscape Publishing, offered a DiSC-based profiling system, to make managers more aware of their personal and professional profile, Business Tools for Innovation, to better align managers with ACI's bottom line goals, to assist the managers throughout their path towards leadership.
'Prior to commencing training, one to one in-depth meetings, conducted by Global Management Consultants, revealed that most of the executives lack 'self awareness'. That's the missing ingredient. Emotional intelligence, another significant aspect, which plays a much larger role than what most people realize. In today's time, Managers and supervisors who are better aware of their strengths and weaknesses and are willing to work on them tend to be better leaders,' Akbar added.
