Dr. Al- Zude has specialized in various types of Law and has a strong academic foundation in Commercial Law. Dr. Al- Zude holds a Bachelor degree in Law from the University of Jordan, a "Masters of Commercial Law" from Aberdeen University and PhD of Commercial Law from Bristol University.

Previous positions held by Dr. Al- Zude include Assistant Professor at faculty of law in Bahrain University and Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law in Amman Arab University for Graduate Studies.

In addition to that he was member of the Quality Assurance committee at Amman Arab University for Graduate Studies.

Dr. Al- Zude has given courses in Banking transactions, Commercial Law, Securities, Intellectual Properties, Public Shareholdings Companies and Carriage of Goods by Sea.

Commenting on his appointment, Dr. Al- Zude said: "As Head of Legal at Global Banking Corporation, I will ensure that all the bank's activities are in accordance with the Law of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and ensure that all transactions adhere to our stringent due diligence procedures".
