Engineer Mohammed Habib, General Manager of Tameer in the Kingdom, said 'The construction work of the Madinat Al Majd project, which is being set up to the highest of standards, is progressing much quicker than anticipated. We are committed to delivering our projects according to the timeframe we gave to our clients who will be handed their houses before the end of this year.'
Engineer Mohammed Hato, Tameer Projects Manager in Jordan, explained that casting the concrete for all foundations and for more than 50% of the roofs has been completed in this part of the project, which holds more than 480 apartments ranging between 80 to120 square meters. He also pointed out that the finishing works, the tiles and ceramics work for walls and floors, in addition to the external works have started, and that agreements have been signed with a number of qualified companies for this purpose.
Engineer Hato praised the cooperation shown by Sigma Engineers and Consultants, the Amman Office for Engineering Studies and Urban Planning, and Al Shamika Construction Contracting, saying that teamwork is paramount to securing proper implementation of professional work, especially when Tameer UAE is always keen on maintaining its high standards.
Work on Madinat Al Majd started on the 23rd December of last year and the completion date is scheduled for the end of this year as originally committed.

In what has been considered as a record time, Tameer has completed more than 65% of structure works of the first part for the first phase of the Madinat Al Majd project.
