"Technical Exchange Forum" is the first of its kind initiative that intends to promote investment in ICT Sector by providing the necessary support infrastructure that ensures continued validity of IT, Communication, and E-commerce in the UAE.
The support will include education and training programs in the field.
The first phase of the forum will see a shortlist of best enterprises, provided that they were submitted by IT and Telecommunication College graduated.
The selected candidates will be provided with development process of their creative ideas in accordance with the highest international standards in the industry.
They will attend training programs to advance the level of theoretical understandings of ICT as well as their applications.
They will receive management expertise and infrastructure support.
Commenting on Securities and Commodities Authority's sponsorship of the event, Mr. Abdullah Al Turifi, CEO of ESCA, said:
"The role of ESCA is to permanently support investment in diverse sector. The authority seeks to support training and development of national skills, especially in ICT sector, as the Securities and Commodities activities are based on adopting the latest IT trends. Therefore, we have been keen to support Ruwad initiative as it will provide leading enterprises that add a further momentum to diverse economic sectors".
