MSN sets up Maghreb portal

MSN has set up a Maghreb portal through a joint venture between Microsoft and LINKdotNET to provide international and local news and entertainment content in the Maghreb region. LINKdotNET is the managing operator of MSN Arabia and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Orascom.
