ETA Ascon's Prime Healthcare Group receives DQAP Award

Prime Healthcare Group was awarded for their outstanding services in the healthcare sector.

On receiving the award, Ahmed Abdullah Ahmad Al Ghurair said, "We are extremely honoured that Prime Healthcare Group, a sub division of the ETA Ascon Star Group, has been recognised for their consistent care and quality in services. This is a great inspiration in our journey to achieve service excellence by adopting best practices. We are certainly motivated, and aim to raise the bar higher by assuring Dubai residents of better standards in the years to come".

Dr. Jamil Ahmed, Director, said, "The award is recognition of our efforts to provide world class personalised services in healthcare to this country. We are the first out-patient establishment to win this award and we hope to become a role model for other such firms to follow. We are thankful to the authorities for acknowledging our efforts".

Ten organisations from various fields received the Dubai Quality Awards on Wednesday night. The organisations were honoured in three categories: Dubai Quality Award (DQA), Dubai Quality Appreciation Programme (DQAP), and the Gold category.

A special appreciation certificate for achieving excellence in the processes criteria was presented for the first time this year.
