The event is sponsored by Young Arab Leaders-Bahrain's Platinum Strategic Partner- Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company B.S.C, and AIESEC-Bahrain's silver co-sponsor-Venture Capital Bank.
The aim of the event is to connect university students who are in their final year with participants from different sectors of the Bahraini society, including government representatives, and representatives of the private and public sector, in order to engage in discussions around the characteristics and experiences a student could focus on now in order to prepare themselves for the future and what organizations are looking for when employing Bahraini graduates.
Companies will be able to promote their graduate development programs through the company expo that will be held towards the end of the conference day.
The event will allow 150 of Bahrain's most distinguished students to sit down with companies and organizations for an in-depth look at the expectations and goals of students and the expectations of employers of young graduates and recruitment, through a challenge presented by a case study exclusively created for the event and which reflects Bahraini statistics.
Due to the positive feedback from last year, this year a new concept has been added to the conference. Two workshops will be conducted by a consultancy agency -Neo vartis, prior to the conference. The first workshop will target the 150 student participants, wherein they will go through three different tests to measure their aptitude, personality and career path. The second workshop will be to prepare the Human Resource representatives from the participating companies and organizations for the conference, and inform them of the latest developments in recruitment methods.
