The Japanese Consul in Dubai meets with representatives of the Government HR Committee

The Japanese Consul in Dubai met Dr. Abdulla Al Karam, Nasser Al Hamli, the member and general coordinator of the Committee, and Amal Bin Edi , a member of the Committee.

The meeting comes within the framework of the Committee's efforts to benefit from international expertise in the area of human resource management and development.

Dr Al Karam praised the expertise of the Japanese system in human resources management which he felt could benefit the employees of the Government sector in Dubai.

He hoped that this expertise could be learned and adapted in a way that will benefit Dubai.

It is planned that a delegation of the HR Committee in Dubai will go to Japan during May to visit a number of international institutions that employ the most advanced human resource management systems.

The goal is to exchange expertise and knowledge, to learn how these modern systems work, and investigate the benefits of employing those systems.
