The contract entails the design, construction and associated works for more than 140 villas and more than 850 apartments in the Badrah district of Waterfront. The contract will be carried out for the first phase over a period 12-18 months.
Commenting on the contract award, Mammut Chairman and CEO, Behzad Ferdows said,

For Mammut, this is an exciting project that will see significant through put of our new state of the art pre-cast factory based in TechnoPark which we have committed for this project.”
This latest contract win comes hard on the heels of Mammut’s successful tender to build the world’s largest pre-stressed concrete drinking water reservoirs at a cost of Dhs620m for DEWA.
