Over 4000 visitors were greeted with fun and fiesta as a host of Disney World characters and performers from across the world wooed audiences with theirs acts.
Games, quizzes, and treasure hunts enthralled visitors and brought to life exciting tourist attractions of almost 40 countries in the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, the Americas and Asia.
The famous Sydney Showboat troupe performed exclusively at the family holiday exhibition this weekend; Tourism Authority of Thailand treated everybody to complimentary foot massages; Tourism Malaysia engaged audiences with batik weaving lessons; and exotic Seychellois and Brazilian dancers dazzled the crowds with their pulsating performances.
Also to be found at the travel extravaganza was a massive kiddies club filled Disney World characters like Sponge Bob, Glamour Dolls, and Dora the Doll.
Children were also captivated by giant stilt walkers and clowns.
A wide range of activities such as face painting, mask making, and drawing kept the young ones entertained while their parents indulged in some exciting holiday shopping.
The largest wholesale tour operator in the Gulf and Middle East, Emirates Holidays, has launched its 'A World of Choice' 2008-09 brochures - a four volume pack featuring holidays to more than 120 stunning leisure destinations.
