Avaya intensifies channel involvement across MENA

Following on the success of its Business Partner Conference earlier this year, Avaya has embarked on a six city roadshow to impart valuable training to its Business Partners across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey.

Kicking off in Egypt, Avaya will train more than 240 Business Partners in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Pakistan, Morocco and Turkey, and share technical know-how on its latest solutions to hit the Middle East market. In addition, Avaya will hold orientation sessions for its newly appointed partners to bring them up to speed on the company's focus and strategy. Last quarter alone, Avaya trained more than 100 Business Partners.

Avaya's channel growth mirrors the company's rapid regional expansion. The company has doubled its resources over the past six months, including its channel. Avaya has expanded its presence across the Middle East including Jeddah, Oman and Egypt to meet demand fueled by the growth in the regions financial, healthcare, hospitality and telecom sectors.
