The RAK Properties stand no.TD410 at ATM 2008 will be equipped to provide all information on Mina Al Arab, with senior officials present to address queries.
"International focus is already on Ras Al Khaimah with the emirate combining its strengths and business friendly environment to offer a promising tourism and investment destination. Under the clear vision and leadership of His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, the emirate is on course to achieving its investment and arrival targets,"
said Mohammed Sultan Al Qadi, Managing Director & CEO of RAK Properties.
"Since its launch in May 2006, Mina Al Arab has played a significant role in fuelling Ras Al Khaimah's growth. Visitors to this year's Arabian Travel Market will get a clear understanding of the opportunities offered by Mina Al Arab to developers, investors, entrepreneurs and buyers in the leisure, tourism, and hospitality sectors."
ATM 2008 is the third travel, tourism and hospitality exhibition of a global scale in which RAK Properties would be featuring its flagship project this year. The company showcased Mina Al Arab at ITB Berlin in March and at 'A Place in the Sun Live' in London in April.
A landmark initiative reflecting the RAK Properties motto of 'living close to nature', Mina Al Arab will be spread over 30 million square feet, with waterways, wetlands, and beaches constituting the major share of the development. With nine hotels and two eco-hotels the project will provide an estimated 3,500 sumptuous rooms for tourists and visitors to the emirate, in addition to bora bora hotel units and standard apartments tailored for regional & international visitors.
The project has already attracted major international hotel chains signing up to manage some hotels and resorts properties in the project.
The project will also offer residential villas & apartments, shopping district, a spacious oasis walk and all amenities that create a refined vacation experience in a resort ambience. The amenities include parks, clinics, mosque, cafes & restaurants, and recreational facilities such as gym, spas and sporting arenas.
