With over a decade of media, publishing and brand management experience having associated with brands like India Today, MSN and Cosmopolitan, he has successfully steered several brands and organizations to success. Associated with regional launch of several international titles, his first stint in Middle East started in the Sultanate of Oman where he joined as Operational Controller for UPP. With the group's partnership with Oryx he shifted base to Qatar and has been leading the growth of its operations ever since.
In a short span, Oryx has emerged as Qatar's largest magazine publishing house, with over seven titles, and being the only one to publish four monthly titles. Qatar Today the company's flagship brand is by far the leading magazine of Qatar and its only news, business monthly. Other titles of the group include Qatar Al Youm-Qatar's leading Arabic business monthly, Woman Today-the country's only working women's magazine and GLAM-Qatar's first fashion title. Oryx also produces The Connoisseur-a super premium luxury magazine and Progress-an annual book tracing the development of the country.
