Mannai Automotive wins three after sales service awards

The first ever GM Middle East awards for the year 2007 saw a clean sweep by Mannai Automotive of Qatar in the after sales service department.

Mannai Auto received the GM award not only for 'Outstanding Service Performance & Customer Satisfaction' but also for 'Fixing it right the first time'.

In addition, one of the Mannai technicians, Mr. Gopakumar put up an outstanding performance to take home the prize in the technical skills competition conducted by GM at the Bahrain International Circuit in Manama.

"The proof, as they say, is right there in the pudding," said Mr. Mohsen Abdul Mohsen, the After Sales Development Manager for Mannai Auto.

"We have put in a lot of time, effort and resources in developing our matchless after sales department and the results speak for themselves"!

He added: "The ultimate benefactors of course are our customers. Every time they need to bring their vehicles to Mannai Auto Service Centre for maintenance, they can be sure that it will be fixed quickly and efficiently, and it'll be done right the first time".

Mannai Automotive, a subsidiary of the Mannai Group, is the exclusive dealer of GMC, Hummer and Cadillac vehicles in Qatar, along with several other automobile brands.

The highly regarded Outstanding Service Award was conferred upon Mannai Automotive based on its excellent performance in the Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted by GM across the Middle East.

Apart from the quality of service, Key Performance Indicators such customer retention rate, implementation of innovative ideas and continuing improvement in services were also measured and accounted for.

"We are naturally very proud to have won the prizes and awards. Being adjudged the best GM after sales service department in the Middle East is a matter of great honor, and we're going to do everything it takes to keep it that way," said Mr. Mohsen.
