As its new General Manager - Logistics Services, Mr Showering is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to all the departments under the logistics umbrella. Tasked with driving the business growth, he will enhance overall operational efficiency and productivity through the adoption of progressive management techniques.

Mr Showering joins GAC with over twenty years of operational and management experience in the European logistics industry. He reports directly to GAC Dubai's Managing Director, Mr Dan Hjalmarsson.

'We are entering exciting times as Dubai continues to consolidate its position as the pre-imminent distribution hub of the region.

'With Phil's extensive experience and knowledge in freight forwarding and third party logistics, he will bring our expanding logistics business in Dubai to the next level.'
