Hailing from Mumbai, India, Michelle Collins Shanbhag set her sights on a career in the hospitality industry from a young age and decided to pursue an education in Hotel Management.

Upon graduation, she started her career in hotels with several international chain hotels including Le Meridien.

Friendly and courteous in nature, Michelle loved interacting with people and thus, a position involving high guest contact suited her perfectly.

Nitha Oscar, on the other hand, hails from Kerala, India. Nitha began her career in tourism and worked with several major tour operators in India.

Enjoying what she does, Nitha decided to pursue hospitality in depth and turned to hotels instead. She moved to Dubai and joined Le Meridien Dubai approximately six years ago.

Ever since then, she has decided that hotels were more her cup of tea and has enjoyed soaking up all the experiences before moving to take up this new challenge at another brand of Starwood - Four Points by Sheraton.

A hard working lady, Nitha balances her life by listening to music and spending time with family and friends.

Venkatesh Shanbhag is a Science graduate from the Mumbai University. He started his career in Sales working with Tata Infomedia. Later, he moved to Yemen to take up a Sales career in hospitality.

Here, Venkatesh gained valuable working experience, enhancing his people skills as well as knowledge on dealing with people from all cultures and nationalities - which makes him a perfect fit for his current role as the Sales Executive at the Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai.
