Emaar Properties will launch the sale of a premium collection of commercial units within Downtown Burj Dubai and Dubai Marina, two world-class destinations, on May 8, 2008.
Customers can choose from exceptional waterfront offices including 'The Extreme Waterfront Offices' as well as prime units at Marina Plaza Office Tower located at the Dubai Marina Mall complex; and iconic offices at Boulevard Plaza, strategically located within Downtown Burj Dubai and facing Burj Dubai, the world's tallest building.

The sale of this limited collection of office space has been launched to meet the growing demand for commercial space in Dubai. Sales will be held at the Downtown Burj Dubai and Abu Dhabi Sales Centres on a first come, first serve basis. Several financial institutions are offering easy finance solutions for customers.

Mr Saif Al Mansoori, Sales Director, Emaar Properties, said:

"The robust performance of the Dubai economy and strong business growth trends continue to drive the demand for commercial space in Dubai. Emaar's collection of commercial units offers buyers the distinctive advantage of being within established communities. The units are also marked by advanced business facilities that will add to their convenience of setting up office swiftly."

He added: "Both Downtown Burj Dubai and Dubai Marina are some of the most sought-after residential and commercial locations in Dubai. While Marina Plaza Office Tower and the Extreme Waterfront Offices offer investors a world class waterfront and business location, Boulevard Plaza is in easy access to global landmarks such as Burj Dubai, the tallest building in the world, and The Dubai Mall, one of the world's largest shopping and entertainment destinations. These offices meet the prime consideration of any office set up - a central location."

Marina Plaza Office Tower is part of the Dubai Marina Mall complex that also features the Marina Mall, the Gourmet Tower dedicated to diverse cuisines of the world; and The Address, Dubai Marina - one of the flagship 5 star premium hotels owned and managed by Emaar Hospitality Group. An open link bridge connects Marina Plaza to the mall.

The Extreme Waterfront Offices are located in the section of The Address, Dubai Marina that stands over the Marina waters. These offices are aesthetically suspended over the water, with all of them opening to views of the Marinas. The front façade features a wall of windows that simulate the feeling of a yacht cruising the waters. Office-owners also benefit from three accesses - by car from the parking level, through the promenade level and by boat drop off at a pontoon developed exclusively for the offices.

Boulevard Plaza is situated on Burj Dubai Boulevard, a vibrant destination featuring several F&B and retail outlets, and in easy access to the lifestyle amenities within Downtown Burj Dubai. Office-owners will also be close proximity to the Dubai's business nerve-centres including the Dubai International Financial Centre and Dubai World Trade Centre. The Burj Dubai Tram service, linked to Dubai Metro, will add to the ease of connectivity.

All offices within both developments come with advanced telecom connectivity, and other amenities such as dedicated parking lots, 24-hour security and VIP guest drop-off points.

Emaar is redefining the residential and commercial property offering of Dubai through world-class developments that assure buyers a modern lifestyle experience. Downtown Burj Dubai and Dubai Marina are both integrated communities with shopping malls, hotels and other leisure amenities.
