Hilton leads industry in Super Brands Top 500

Hilton has attained the highest rank amongst all hotels named in the Top 500 Business Super Brands 2008 list.
Out of the 16 hotels that made it onto the list, Hilton is the top hotel brand, ranking at 40 overall, ahead of other brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, Sheraton and Four Seasons Hotels.
"Hilton has yet another accolade to add to its mantelpiece; not only are we the leading hotel brand in the Middle East and worldwide according to The Middle East Hotel Business Guest Survey 2007 conducted by the BDRC, but Hilton has now attained the highest ranking hotel position in the Top 500 Business Superbrands list. 16 hotel companies made it into the list, with Hilton at the top in 40th place, Marriott in 65th and The Ritz-Carlton in 114th place," said Jean-Paul Herzog, President, Hilton Hotels, Middle East & Africa.
