On the eve of their departure to Argentina, the 10 Arab students selected for the JAA programme were received by the ambassador at the embassy during a reception held in their appreciation.

His Excellency Ruben Caro said: 'Youth and leadership development are two areas the Arab world can join hands with Argentina to address common challenges while facilitating exchange of expertise.

The joint initiative with JAA is significant since it formulates and enhances partnerships, and aims to bring the youth of both regions together to help dispel stereotypes of each other, not by understanding their differences but finding what they have in common. I strongly believe they share far more in common than their earlier generations ever did.'

The mission is supported by Al Ahli Group, a leading UAE-based multi-faceted organization, and Nakheel, a Dubai World company and one of the largest and most innovative private real estate developers in the region.

Under the programme, the students will formulate a company's vision and mission, and draw up strategies in business plan development, marketing, human resource management, financial tools, and production alternatives. The course will be conducted by successful business owners and JA staff, including leading academicians from around the world.
