In addition to offering one of the largest meeting spaces in Dubai with capacity for up to 2,500 people in the Atlantis Ballroom, the resort will be unique in its ability to sleep up to 600 delegates under the same roof, opening up a new 'one-stop-shop' for meeting planners.

Perfectly situated for all commercial districts including Dubai's Media and Internet Cities, Dubai Financial Centre and Downtown Burj Dubai, the resort has excellent transport access and is within a comfortable distance from the other Emirates.
Reflecting Executive Chairman Sol Kerzner's vision to transport guests into a dazzling, inspiring world, the resort will encompass a 46 hectare site including 1,539 rooms and suites within The Royal Towers and a comprehensive 5,600m2 Conference Centre.

Facilities for larger meetings
Comprising of 5,600m2 the Atlantis Conference Centre benefits from two entrances. Private access is provided for external visitors through the dedicated Porte Cochere, whilst resort guests can enter via the Conference Lobby. A pre-function area of 1,000 m2 sq metres offers floor to ceiling views of The Royal Tower beach and the waters of The Palm, whilst the spacious 630m2 Royal Terrace provides an excellent location for up to 250 people to network and watch the sun set. The Atlantis Ballroom with its spectacularly high ceilings and oceanic features opens into a spacious 2,100m2 flexible indoor facility, with high-speed Wi-Fi and three phase power, as well as adjustable mood lighting. Divisible into three separate rooms, the Ballroom accommodates from 360 delegates in boardroom style up to 2,500 as a reception.
For smaller gatherings
The Silk and Spice Ballrooms, each at over 500m², offer two separate spaces with similar flexibility, either as one large ballroom or broken into two or three large rooms. Each can accommodate from 25 delegates in boardroom layout up to 200 as a reception or 100 in theatre style. The Atlas and Andes Boardrooms have superb technical facilities and are perfect as stand alone meeting venues or for use as break-out rooms. Both can hold 12 delegates in boardroom layout and the Andes Boardroom can be adjusted to host a reception of up to 40 people or a sit down dinner of up to 20. Delegates can also gather for traditional Arabian coffee and pastries in the adjacent, comfortable and relaxing Majlis.
For more personalised events
The Palm Grove provides an outdoor option, located in a private enclave surrounded by sumptuous gardens. Larger and more casual outdoor and evening events can be hosted on the Aquaventure beach with traditional Arabian barbecues and hospitality. Inside, The Bridge Suite and Terrace Suites are perfect for smaller, more intimate gatherings, private tasting events and bespoke dinners with butler service.
Exceptional cuisine and design
Featuring the high profile, Michelin starred chefs Giorgio Locatelli, Nobu Matsuhisa, Michel Rostang and Santi Santamaria among its 16 restaurants, Atlantis offers diverse dining options. The vast experience of the Atlantis chefs is incorporated into events with live action cooking stations. Guaranteed to enhance any cocktail reception, set dining or banquet buffet, these stations offer a variety of freshly prepared cuisines and provide live illustrations of cooking techniques such as teppanyaki, sushi and sashimi. Cooking stations range from fresh risotto created and presented inside Parmesan cheese, mini seafood and meat grills, rice paper Thai rolls and salads, sweet and savoury traditional French soufflés plus Chinese soups and noodles.
In a tribute to the surrounding sea, some of the world's most renowned designers including David Rockwell, Adam Tihany, Jeffrey Beers and Wilson and Associates are creating a stunning array of environments to experience Atlantis. In addition, Albino Gonzalez and Dale Chihuly are adding exquisite, one-of-a-kind object d' art throughout the resort.
