As the first resort to open on the revolutionary island The Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis will combine exceptional meetings and conference facilities with outstanding leisure opportunities and worldwide cuisines, as well as impressive panoramas of the Arabian Gulf.

In addition to offering one of the largest meeting spaces in Dubai with capacity for up to 2,500 people in the Atlantis Ballroom, the resort will be unique in its ability to sleep up to 600 delegates under the same roof, opening up a new 'one-stop-shop' for meeting planners.

Brett Armitage, Senior Vice President Sales, Atlantis, The Palm said, "We have carefully reviewed the demands and requirements of meetings planners and feel confident that we offer an unparalleled and exciting environment with extensive facilities currently not found in Dubai. We are setting the standard in accommodation, entertainment and recreation for hospitality on The Palm Jumeirah."

With facilities to suit intimate and large groups alike, the world-class Atlantis Conference Centre will offer a brand new venue for incentive groups, meetings, exhibitions, product launches, gala dinners, celebrity events and weddings. Perfectly situated for all commercial districts including Dubai's Media and Internet Cities, Dubai Financial Centre and Downtown Burj Dubai, the resort has excellent transport access and is within a comfortable distance from the other Emirates.

Reflecting Executive Chairman Sol Kerzner's vision to transport guests into a dazzling, inspiring world, the resort will encompass a 46 hectare site including 1,539 rooms and suites within The Royal Towers and a comprehensive 5,600m2 Conference Centre.

Guests can pump up the adrenalin levels throughout Aquaventure with its myriad of sensational slides, near vertical drops and tidal pools. Be thrilled by shark experiences, educated by dolphin interactions and amazed by a world of exotic marine life. Then pamper and rejuvenate at the world class spa and fitness club with its water-themed treatments and exotic therapies.
