Sorouh to unveil plans for Lulu Island at Cityscape Abu Dhabi

Sorouh Real Estate PJSC, one of the leading Abu Dhabi real estate developers, announced it is to exhibit an architectural model at Cityscape Abu Dhabi, showing for the first time the master-plan for Lulu Island, which will become the city's landmark development.

Sorouh has presented the master-plan to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and to His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and will now reveal it to the public for the first time.

The display will give visitors to Cityscape Abu Dhabi the chance to see the overall initial vision for Lulu Island, which will include residential, resort and retail areas, as well as canals, marinas and a public beach.

Mounir Haidar, CEO of Sorouh Real Estate PJSC, said:

"We're looking forward to showing this display and we are grateful for the opportunity to do so. I am sure it will be one of the major attractions at the show, as residents and visitors alike come to see how this important landmark might be developed".


Sorouh will also be showing details of a number of its other projects.

Altogether, Sorouh has more than Dhs45bn of projects under development, including SHAMS Abu Dhabi, the Gate District, Saraya, Lulu Island, Al Ghadeer and Golf Gardens.
