During the festive opening, an official ribbon-cutting ceremony was presided over by Amna BinHendi, CEO of BinHendi Enterprises, Mohi-Din Bin Hendi, President and founder of BinHendi Enterprises and the international President of Ruby Tuesday, Mark Ingram, who was in town for the launch.
This is the first Ruby Tuesday restaurant in the UAE, but the first of many, according to franchise holders BinHendi enterprises - Hospitality Division. Ruby Tuesday will open in July at Jumeirah Beach Park Plaza and at Dubai Mall later this year.
'We take pride in bringing this American classic to Dubai and to our portfolio of restaurant concepts. Although the number of American-style restaurants in the city is on the rise, Ruby Tuesday promises a unique dining experience, which is anchored by its signature preparation. We feel that this differentiation will fill a gap in the local market and appeal to diners. A countrywide expansion of Ruby Tuesday in this area is already in the pipeline and will be announced shortly,' said David Duncombe, Food & Beverages Concept Manager at BinHendi Enterprises.
With a menu that highlights fresh salads, handcrafted burgers, award-winning ribs, premium steaks and seafood, and appetizers that eat-like-a-meal, Ruby Tuesday offers both variety and value. Handcrafted cocktails are made-to-order using fresh-squeezed juices. Guests should plan to end their meal by selecting a melt-in-your mouth dessert, such as the double chocolate cake or strawberry cream puff.
'It comes as no surprise that since its establishment over 30 years ago, Ruby Tuesday has grown tremendously, with 950+ company-owned and franchised restaurants all over the world, including Canada, Chile, Guam, Greece, Hawaii, Honduras, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Kuwait, Puerto Rico, Romania, Saudi Arabia, and Trinidad. What has made this restaurant chain a success is its ability to excite guests and staff on a daily basis. Come and experience some gracious hospitality in Ruby Tuesday now open from 11:00a.m to midnight daily,' added Duncombe.
