Cornerstone Real Estate to have extensive presence at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2008

The sizable team of property consultants and management staff will be present at four different property developers stands to facilitate in the sales of commercial and residential properties across Abu Dhabi and Jordan.

Cornerstone will be participating this year with four of their developer partners with which they have signed exclusive sales management and marketing agreements namely Rakka Properties, Al Badie Group Property Development, SAS Development with their Abu Dhabi projects and Madaen Al Nour with their Jordan project.

Rakaa Properties will be attending with their Dhs750m Reem Island projects; Dynasty Tower and Falcon Crest which house a multiple mix of studio apartments and 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom luxury apartments and retail outlets, and will be on sale to freehold.

Al Badie Group Property Development are also attending with their Dhs700m twin tower project on Reem Island project, Beach Towers which is set for completion in early mid 2010 and will be ideally located on the prestigious Shams Abu Dhabi.

Cornerstone will also be present with SAS Development's latest Reem Island project, Juman Tower, located in the prestigious Tamouh area.

The 39 storey tower comprises of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments as well as retail shops on the ground level and all modern amenities. Cornerstone's Jordan office has also signed with Madaen Al Nour who will be offering their new projects in Jordan, Madaen Al Shorouq in Amman and Seascape villas in Al Aqaba.

The projects, valued at above Dhs700m in total, consists of a residential property development comprising of well designed apartments and beautifully finished semi-detached villas, a high rise office tower offering 22 floors of the highest quality commercial properties, extensive parking facilities, restaurants, meeting rooms, a convention centre and recreational outlets and seaside villas in Aqaba offering a spectacular view through levelled platforms and a green spine of commercial and leisure activities.

Cornerstone also recently successfully participated at the 7th annual European Pension & Investment Summit (EPI) held from the 23-25 April 2008 at Fairmont Le Montreux Palace, Montreux, Switzerland. Cornerstone joined a number of Pension Funds representatives from the UAE but was one of few real estate companies to be representing the Middle East property market.

Furthermore, Cornerstone newly expanded their Abu Dhabi head office to twice its size to accommodate for the volume of business they are handling and set to manage in the near future.
