- PRESS RELEASE
The UAE's most popular real estate web portal www.propertyfinder.ae, has announced plans to expand its operations to Abu Dhabi, allocating a dedicated sales team to service the increasing number of projects and rise in demand for real estate in the UAE capital.
"Developing an entire section on the website and building a dedicated sales team for Abu Dhabi is crucial for our continued growth as the leading real estate portal in the UAE. This step will help us cater to the diverse needs of the market and offer more variety in the choice of properties and will also open new doors for potential agents in Abu Dhabi to advertise on the website," added Michael Lahyani.
According to recent Strutt & Parker research, the population of the UAE capital is set to rise from 930,000 in 2007 to 1.3 million in 2013 and two million in 2020.
Since 2004, more than $130bn worth of real estate projects have been announced, and the figures provided by Strutt & Parker project indicate huge growth in each major property segment in Abu Dhabi.
"Abu Dhabi is quickly catching up with Dubai, thanks in part to significant reforms in property ownership laws combined with some of the UAE's most prestigious real estate and cultural projects planned for the capital. As such Abu Dhabi is a key priority for propertyfinder.ae," concluded Layhani.
