Emirates Computers celebrates 30 years of excellence in technology

The anniversary celebrations included presentations from senior management covering the company's challenges and achievements over the last 3 decades as well as its vision for the future.

A number of high-performing employees were honored at 'Most Valuable Professional' awards ceremony, which was followed by a gala dinner and an entertainment performance by well-known hypnotist Dave Crane.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Hani Harik, President of Emirates Computers, said, "In a relatively young industry like ours, few companies have the history and the heritage we enjoy, and even fewer companies have claim to our success and future plans.

Our 30th anniversary marks the launch of EC 3.0, a company-wide initiative aimed at reinventing Emirates Computers' value proposition to our clients and stakeholders. Core to EC 3.0 is an internally developed business model and its supporting processes aimed at leveraging Emirates Computers' true potential and maximizing clients' benefits. The transformation to EC 3.0 is expected to be completed during 2008."
