Dubai Palm type islands for London
Dubai-on-Thames - an ambitious proposal to rejuvenate land alongside the River Thames in London with two islands, each three miles long, could feature opera houses, theatres, waterfront cafes and marinas. Phil Blizzard reports on a project that would be undertaken by construction firms involved with Dubai's Palm Islands.
