A complimentary and dedicated service for Crowne Club Floor guests, the Personal Hotelier has been created to help the guest with any business related requirements. This could be anything from hiring a meeting room, arranging to have a key client collected by limousine or even getting an important presentation changed; whatever the business need a Personal Hotelier is there to help.
From the moment a business booking is made at Crowne Plaza Dubai, the reservation will immediately be designated a 'Personal Hotelier' who will contact the guest by telephone and introduce him/herself and the service offering. Most importantly, one name and one telephone number will be provided to the guest to call daily, between 8am and 12 midnight, should they have any requirements or need arrangements made prior to their arrival at the hotel. The Personal Hotelier will also be there to greet the guest on arrival to go over all arrangements, assuring the guest that all is completed as requested - another personal touch to make the guest feel welcome.
