- PRESS RELEASE
Al Badie Group (ABG) Property Development has confirmed that it is finalising deals with a contractor and an engineer this month to begin work on their Al Reem Island project, the Beach Towers.
Each company was carefully considered during the selection process.
High quality, superior service and a contemporary approach to environmental matters were the three main factors that were evaluated.
The Group has confirmed that it is now in the final phases of commissioning a contractor and an engineering firm, both of which will be announced in due course.
ABG's Beach Towers project boasts 371 residential units, and is now looking to contribute further to the Emirates' overall development by planning additional property projects in Abu Dhabi, as well as the other regions.
"We've achieved great success with our Beach Towers project and sold all our units, two years prior to its completion," commented HE Mohammad Joan Al Badie, President of ABG. "With this in mind, we are now trying to tackle the undersupplied position of the market as the booming population's housing requirements are far from saturated," he added. "We are anticipating that our new projects will not only provide A-grade real estate, but also cater to low-mid range income families as well".
Al Badie Group Property Development is taking part in Cityscape Abu Dhabi, reinforcing its position as one of the region's leading property developers.
The Group, which was founded in 1967 under the chairmanship of Mohamed Joan Al Badie, entered the property development sector in 2007 by officially announcing the Dhs700m Beach Towers project.
Since then, they represented Abu Dhabi and have exhibited abroad- including London, Russia and India.
