According to Mr. Dan Danesh, General Manager of S.S. Lootah International,
"We have been presenting latest energy technologies with sound sustainable architectural design at the previous Cityscapes. This time too, we will be showcasing each of the joint venture companies' endeavors, leveraging their worldwide credentials in 'sustainable development' with more than 20 LEED certifications in the Gold, Silver and Bronze categories, thereby contributing to the vision of sustainable development in the Middle East. These international Joint Ventures will also consolidate our expertise in Architecture, Engineering and Construction to be a comprehensive project management provider offering a complete gamut of services right from master planning to infrastructure and construction".
These companies also form part of the 'Sustainable Construction Group' alliance, the largest of its kind in private sector sustainable construction, which was presented during Cityscape Dubai last October, where the combined size of the alliance is around $20bn with a workforce of more than 15000 and 22 experts specialised in LEED certification.
With each of these specialised services, combined with S.S. Lootah Group's regional expertise, project developers will need to turn only to a single point of contact for a comprehensive umbrella of all services related to engineering, construction and project management.
