H.H. Sheikh Manea Bin Hasher Al Maktoum accredits two leading real estate companies within the Dubai property market

The future developments of the Group consist of:
1. Purchase & investments in Dubai real estate;
2. Development of real estate projects in Dubai;
3. Management of the to-be-announced Falcon Investment Real Estate Fund;
4. Vision Announcement: Replication of European cities of St. Tropez and Portofino in Dubai;

The appointment of Waldy Real Estate and Premier Real Estate to support the management of the Group's portfolio of local and international investors will enable both companies to utilize their expertise to develop investor portfolios with balanced income and capital appreciation for the Group's select high net-worth clientele.

Both companies received the accreditation at a gala ceremony at the Royal Mirage on May 7, 2008.

Speaking on this appointment, H.H. Sheikh Manea Bin Hasher Al Makhtoum, said, "The property market in Dubai which is growing at an immense rate, offers attractive investment opportunities to local and foreign players. The two real estate companies appointed to support the management of the Group's real estate fund, Premier Real Estate and Waldy Real Estate, have a total number of 10 years experience in the local and international property market.

Local projects undertaken by these companies include projects in Jumeirah Beach Residences, Business Bay as well as the newly launched Dubai Waterfront (Nakheel Masterplan) and the World.
