Al Masaood Automobiles conducts Service Advisors Contest

The Nissan Service Advisor Contest (NISAC) is an annual skills competition and was created to recognize and reward the level of excellence of Nissan Service Advisors.

The finalists for NISAC are judged based on the customer-handling skills as well as the ability to tailor their service to each customers' specific needs. Assessment is carried out on the basis of receiving the vehicles at the service centre, telephone handling and the delivery process.

Speaking at the occasion Mr. David Radcliffe, General Manager, Al Masaood Automobiles commented "We are committed towards continually evaluating and upgrading the skills and expertise of our Service Advisors, to enable them to effectively grasp customer requirements and provide an enjoyable Aftersales experience. Our Service Advisors are instrumental in delivering a superior customer experience and we are confident that by continually upgrading their skills, we will be able to take our customer service to a new level."

Al Masaood Automobiles, also recently conducted the first ever Nissan Sales Executive (NISEC) Contest in the Middle East region. The Nissan Sales Executive Contest (NISEC) was conducted with the objective of strengthening employee motivation, boosting morale and increasing loyalty towards the Nissan Brand. NISEC also provided an excellent opportunity for Nissan sales executives to further enhance their Customer Handling skills and effectively deliver the Nissan Brand promise.
