Coming to Dubai from Spain where she was working with Marriott Vacation Club, Marbella, Claudia holds Master of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Vienna. Her background from previous assignments involves management and recruitment consulting, as well as training, coaching, people management & development.
In her new and challenging role, Claudia's main focus will be to work towards Human Resources strategic goals of the property. She will also assist in managing the international staff team represented by over 35 different nationalities and recruiting new employees.
