Hydra Properties launches regional sales of Hydra Waves Mexico units at Abu Dhabi Cityscape

This is the first time the Hydra Waves units are on sale in the region. The project is expected to be completed within 30 months from 15, May, 2008.

The Hydra Waves comprise a number of towers, including the 37-storey Hydra Waves Beach Front Tower facing the main seafront in the heart of the Golden Zone between Islas del Sol Resort and El Cid.

It is the tallest condominium tower in Mazatlan.

Built on a 4614 square metres area, the Hydra Beach Front Waves Tower will have 172 fulltime condominium units.

The Hydra Waves Beach Front Tower will be the first structure of its kind to boast a 500 square metre rooftop restaurant.

The second phase of the project has a 26-storey, five star hotel towers with 500 rooms and a group of 18-story time share buildings on the seafront.

The hotel is designed to herald tourists into hitherto unseen or unheard zone of luxury.

The one thousand apartments coming up in the same vicinity will provide accommodation to those seeking their own residential space with a sea-view.
