RAK Properties commences sales of 'Lagoon Heights' at Cityscape Abu Dhabi

RAK Properties PJSC, the most prominent property developer in Ras Al Khaimah, commenced sales of its 'Lagoon Heights' residential buildings at Cityscape Abu Dhabi, the international property investment and development event being held at the Abu Dhabi Exhibition Centre.

Part of Mina Al Arab, the Dhs10bn mixed use development launched by RAK Properties in 2006, Lagoon Heights will overlook the crystal clear waters of the Arabian Gulf and the Mina Al Arab Lagoon.

The buildings will reflect the outstanding design elements and natural ambience of Mina Al Arab with eight 20-storey buildings, each comprising 140 freehold residential units.

The units include one, two, and three bedroom apartments as well as studios and 'The Garden' apartments.

Residents of each unit will be able to enjoy unobstructed views of the water, no matter where their home is located.

The RAK Properties stand number 4B30, Hall number 4 at Cityscape Abu Dhabi will be equipped to provide all information on Mina Al Arab, with senior officials present to address queries.

RAK Properties is participating in Cityscape Abu Dhabi for the second year in a row to highlight the exceptional residential, commercial and tourism elements of its pioneering projects. The three-day event runs from May 13 to 15 this year.

The RAK Properties investment portfolio includes residential, commercial and leisure facilities. Julfar Towers, the company's maiden initiative launched in 2006, is a business and residential project of Dhs500m, with two towers rising up to 43 floors.

Mina Al Arab, the company's second project, is a 30 million sq ft mixed-use waterfront resort community that will epitomise the company motto of 'Living Closer to Nature'.

RAK Tower, an Dhs300m residential tower of 43 floors was also launched by RAK Properties in Abu Dhabi last year.
