On this occasion, Mr. Mark Breen, Sama COO said: "We are proud to celebrate the graduation of our new team of flight attendants, guest services, and captains. Sama has invested heavily in creating new job opportunities and in training high quality professionals to develop this sector, which suffers from the shortage in qualified manpower. Furthermore, we are continuing to pursue our quest to be the employer that Saudi youth aspires to join".

In total 27 flight attendants have graduated, along with a total of 55 ground guest services staff from Sama's stations across the Kingdom.

In addition three Senior First Officers have been promoted to Captains on Sama's expanding fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft.

Sama flies to 13 domestic destinations (Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Abha, Jizan, Hail, Arar, Jouf, Tabouk, Rafha, and Bisha) and 10 international destinations across the Middle East (Abu-Dhabi, Sharjah, Amman, Damascus, Latakia, Aleppo, Beirut, Alexandira, Asiut and Sharm el Sheikh).
