Bawadi unveils $54bn milestone project

Bawadi, the Dhs200bn ($54bn) hospitality and retail project located within Dubailand, on Wednesday unveiled its massive infrastructure and internal transportation master plans. Features of the plan include a state-of-the-art commuting system, comprising a pedestrian network and monopod vehicles. The development's 10-kilometre hospitality boulevard will be divided into five geographic areas, reflecting unique connectivity features that will link its intricate transportation network with the building interfaces. The project includes 51 uniquely designed hotels and the largest retail area in the world.
