The National Health Insurance Company (Daman) has met with major health providers for the gradual implementation of electronic insurance claims in the UAE, starting with the emirate of Abu Dhabi, reported Khaleej Times. Axel Tottenborn, COO of Daman, said that instead of the paper-based claims, invoices for all insurance claims will soon be transferred electronically.
