Al Benaa partners with Re/Max and launches prestigious projects in Abu Dhabi, Fujairah and Dubai

The ongoing Abu Dhabi CityScape Exhibition 2008 witnessed Al Benaa Real Estate disclosure of a marketing agreement with Re/Max Abu Dhabi, along with three major projects in Abu Dhabi, Fujairah and Dubai.

A joint press release issued by the two companies announced that the two companies have signed an agreement through which Re/Max would be assigned the marketing of Al Benaa Real Estate projects inside and outside the UAE.

"As Al Benaa believes that business within the real estate market requires international expertise and highly professional qualifications, the company partnered with a global real estate marketing player known for it professionalism and efficiency," the statement said.

Re/Max Abu Dhabi is the local branch of the globally renowned Re-Max which operates a marketing network of 120 thousand real estate agents, working in seven thousand offices and agencies across 70 countries, covering more than half the globe and availing its clients of real estate opportunities all over the world.

Re/Max is to market Al Benaa projects, using the latest international standards and using its global network to promote Al Benaa's projects inside the UAE and worldwide.

To promote Al Benaa's projects, Re/Max will also tap CyberSpace Real Estate Brokerage Society, whose UAE branch is presided by Dr. Mohammed Gaidoum, Re/Max CEO.

"The two companies always endeavor to meet the best interests of investors and clients in the first place, through providing the most feasible and diverse investment opportunities at affordable prices that suit different social categories, while also providing finance and credit facilities that suit their clients," the statement said.

The statement stressed that the strategy of the two companies is guided by the directives of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed al Nahyan, UAE President, and H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, taking into consideration the economic interests of the UAE and its people, and committing themselves to society, environment and national development.

In a press conference held during the Exhibition, H.E. Noura Al Nowais, Al Benaa CEO, announced that Al Benaa is launching a number of giant projects in several parts of the UAE. These include Al Qusais Tower for freehold ownership in Dubai, two towers in Fujairah and a number of residential complexes in Abu Dhabi.

"Al Benaa is the first company to launch a residential tower for freehold ownership inside the commercial center of Dubai," Nowais said.

Al Qusais Tower is a nine-storey monument, seven of which include seventy residential units, and two office storey, in addition to commercial shops directly on the main street.

The Tower provides those who would like to live and work in Dubai with the opportunity to own their homes, offices and shops without any hassles or restrictions. It is designed and built as per state-of-the-art global standards, ensuring the quality environment for both residents and businessmen.

"Works in the Tower will be completed in 2010, and it will be available for residence and business," the statement concluded.

Mrs. Nowais said Al Benaa projects in Fujairah include the construction of two prestigious towers, named Fujairah Sea, within Al Hilal City on the seashore.

Each tower is 30 storey high, and they give clients the opportunity to own their homes on freehold basis in one of Fujairah's most beautiful areas, overlooking the Arab Sea, which is an extension of the Indian ocean. Owners and lessees of the flats and offices in the two towers will be able to enjoy a wonderful view of the sea on the one side and of gardens and green lawns on the other.

"In addition to their charming architecture, the two towers will have the finest services that make life in them an invaluable experience," Mrs. Nowais said.

Al Benaa CEO went on to say that the Company's projects in Abu Dhabi include several residential and commercial complexes and towers, refraining from disclosing any more details.

However, she talked about Al Badr Compound in Al Nahyan Camp at the center of the Capital, which includes 16 residential villas, with ample spaces, fine architectural designs and state-of-the-art finishes.

Al Badr Compound is strategically located near the city center, within short distance from schools, hospitals and other services, in a high-end area known for its calmness and modernity.
