Concreting for the 80-storey Index tower located at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has reached level 71 whereas concreting for Limestone House is complete on all 15 levels. Concreting for the 38 storey Control Tower in MotorCity, the highest point in Dubailand is now complete on all levels and we recently reached a milestone by finishing the last remaining structural concrete slab on Area One of the two construction areas of UPTOWN MotorCity, contracted to Al Naboodah Laing O'Rourke LLC.
In addition to the already operational Dubai Autodrome, over the next year, MotorCity will see the completion of all its project components; residential units of UPTOWN MotorCity and Green Community MotorCity, Business Park MotorCity and F1X Dubai,' added Azzam.
UP is showcasing MotorCity, Limestone House and Index at Cityscape Abu Dhabi, at UP stand number 2C10. MotorCity is the latest addition to UP's brands, Limestone House offers an incomparable standard of living focusing on opulence, style as well as traditional luxury and Index, the 80 storey multi-purpose tower will have state-of-the-art offices for multinational corporations and minimalist designed luxury apartments.
