Al Barari spokespeople attribute the rapid sale of the villas, which begin at 40-million Dirhams, to the exclusivity of the offering.
'This is our first release of villas onto the market in over 13 months,' said Mohammed Bin Zaal, the COO of Al Barari. 'These are the most exclusive, highly sought after homes in the region. When we unveiled the show home last month, our clients were so impressed the combination lavish luxury and unflagging attention to detail that all nine of the villas on offer that evening were sold on the spot.'
The villas on offer are set within the first phase of the Al Barari development. In total, 300 villas will make up a residential paradise that will boast 800 species of plants, hundreds of which have never been seen before in the UAE, six botanical gardens, and the longest manmade waterway in the world.
Over 80& of the land in phase one will be devoted to gardens and common areas, making Al Barari the least dense development in the region.
'This community is the culmination of my father's dream to create a development that would one day be a home to his family,' said Zaal. 'Everything about Al Barari speaks of passion, commitment to quality and value creation. We're not merely building a masterpiece of architecture, but a haven of calm and harmony for our family and our neighbours. This is why our clients place their full trust in us, and it is why the desire is so strong to own an Al Barari home.'
In the second phase of the Al Barari development, the residential villas of phase one will be neighboured by a 120 suite, 6-star boutique hotel with 32 attached villas, a spa and resort, an alternative medicine village, apartments, shopping areas, the grand mosque, and a cultural village at a cost of Dhs10.4bn.
Al Barari is located in Nad Al Sheba neighbouring the wildlife sanctuary and the royal grounds.
