The two firms met to discuss methods of collaboration from which both parties could benefit, and to look into strategies for achieving such collaborations.
Mr Ahmed Abuljobain, Chief Commercial Officer for SNASCO, said, 'The level of interest we've received on the SIC has been phenomenal, with high demand especially for plots in the business park precinct of the development, precipitating the need for us to enlist the services of top notch sales agents. Top Real Estate is a highly respected firm, and we are confident that our two firms will be able to establish a mutually beneficial working relationship'.
Mr Waleed Kadoumi, Managing Director of Top Real Estate, said, 'Our dealings with SNASCO in the past have been thoroughly fruitful, and Top Real Estate has been a strong promoter for SNASCO's Sharjah Investment Centre, achieving substantial sales figures for this project. We are keen to do business with developers of SNASCO's calibre, and look forward to working out collaborative strategies with them for future ventures'.
The SIC has attracted a great deal of interest since its launch toward the end of 2006, being an extremely attractive investment option that offers immense growth potential not only for businesses and light industries within the development itself, but for Sharjah's economy in general.
The projects ideal location, coupled with the various corporate, industrial and logistical facilities it offers, make it a sure bet for high returns and excellent business expansion potential.
SNASCO's solid reputation in the real estate field and as a major contributor to the growth of the emirate of Sharjah is well documented, and the firm has received several recognitions from the Sharjah Government for its role in the emirate's progress, both through the development of the SIC project and the firm's general support of initiatives for the advancement of the emirate's society as a whole.
SIC reports excellent sales across the GCC
